What can I take off your plate that will hopefully keep you here? Because we cannot pay coaches enough. They are invaluable. They are the most amazing resource that we have at our school sites. They make connections with kids. They make a difference in their lives. We can't appreciate them enough. So I feel like my job is to show appreciation for what coaches do.
